Strengthening Family Relationships Program
Melisa is a certified emotions coach to assist in the development of parent and child relationships and children's development. This coaching program has been known to be show success rates within six weeks. Together we discuss up-skilling children on impulse control, regulating emotions, learning acceptable behaviours, and developing strong functioning skills.
When children are getting better at emotional regulation they are getting mentally stronger. We work on trouble-shooting stress and worry for children so they have the skills to be the boss of their own bodies, the boss of their emotions, and the boss of their mindsets.

Group presentations
Melisa has extensive experience delivering presentations on mental health, wellbeing and other topics to promote psychologically safe environments to a variety of cohorts, workplaces and to people who are keen to learn more. These sessions usually go for about one to two hours.
